SHIPPING POLICY
First and foremost, thank you for adopting from "Of Quartz by Nambus." It is a true pleasure to assist you. We know you can hardly wait for your latest and greatest piece to arrive. We try to send orders out as quickly and efficiently. So, what does that mean for you?
All orders will be confirmed as you make them. Shipping of the pieces will be between 3-5 business days from order confirmation, but always with the intent to ship sooner. We know what it is like to be waiting for something so incredible, so trust that we are trying to get those pieces in their new homes as soon as possible.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not currently accept returns. Once you have adopted a piece, we consider that piece rehomed and believe that it is the right piece for you. We are always available for education about the specific piece and it's properties. If you feel unsure prior to purchasing, feel free to message us and we will assist in any way we can. Exchanges are quite difficult as no two pieces are the same, therefore we are not able to do any accurate exchange.
That being said, if a piece that you receive has been damaged in some way during transport, we are very willing to do everything we can do aid in finding another similar piece. We do take great care in our packaging so this should not be an issue.
